The 1990 re-opening concert
At the grand re-opening of the Alexandra Palace Organ in 1990, six famous organists - David Liddle, Carlo Curley, Jennifer Bate, Nigel Ogden, Jane Parker-Smith and Thomas Trotter each gave a recital over the course of a day.

Thanks to all the hard work to restore the organ over the years, we were at last able to hear this fantasic organ in The Great Hall once more.
The Alexandra Palace Great Hall provides a magnificent setting for organ concerts. With its vast space and excellent acoustics, the hall was designed specifically to showcase the organ's sound, creating an unparalleled musical experience for audiences.
